I had a great stay at this hotel, especially because of its convenient location right across from the arena and close to restaurants. The room was large and provided the necessary amenities, although I did experience some noise issues due to my room's proximity to the elevator maintenance area. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff making my experience better, but the valet parking cost was a bit steep. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking to be close to events in downtown Cleveland.
